Ja, ich bin damit einverstanden, dass die INTERMATE Media GmbH meinen Name, Nicknamen, Geschlecht,
Geburtstag, Profession, Führerschein Verfügbarkeit, E-Mail, Telefonnummer, Adresse,
Profilbeschreibung, Tags zur Profilkategorisierung, projektrelevante Informationen wie bevorzugte
Kommunikationswege und Versandadressen sowie die öffentlich einsehbaren Daten meiner
Social-Media-Profile (im Einzelnen in Ziffer 5.1 unserer Datenschutzbestimmungen aufgeführt)
verwenden darf, um diese in der INTERMATE-Influencer-Datenbank aufbereitet zu speichern (sie z.B.:
durchsuchbar zu machen oder mit Schlagworten zu versehen) und diese Daten (außer den vollen Namen,
Email, Telefonnummer und Adresse) an potentielle Werbekunden weiterzugeben, um mir Werbeaufträge zu
vermitteln. Dies beinhaltet die Erstellung und Weitergabe von anonymisierten Statistiken über die
Publikumszusammensetzung und Reichweite meiner Social-Media-Profile unter Verwendung des Dienstes
SocialData, der ausschließlich die öffentlichen einsehbaren Daten meiner Social-Media-Profile
auswertet.
Mir ist bewusst, dass die Datenverarbeitung entsprechend der
Datenschutzbestimmungen der INTERMATE Media
GmbH erfolgt. Ich weiß, dass ich diese Einwilligung nur abgeben kann, wenn ich 16 Jahre alt bin.
Weiterhin weiß ich, dass meine Einwilligung freiwillig ist und ich sie jederzeit durch einfache
Erklärung (per E-Mail an info@intermate.de oder per Post an Intermate Media GmbH, Schlüterstraße 54,
10629 Berlin ) für die Zukunft widerrufen kann.
Yes, I agree that INTERMATE Media GmbH may use my name, nickname, gender, birthday, profession,
driving licence availability, e-mail, telephone number, address, profile description, profile
categorisation tags, project-relevant information such as preferred communication channels and
shipping addresses, as well as the publicly available data of my social media profiles (see all
listed in 5.1 Description of processing) to store and pre-process (i.e. to make it searchable and
add keywords) them in the INTERMATE Influencer database for marketing purposes in campaigns. For
this purpose, the above-mentioned data (besides full name, e-mail, telephone number and address) can
also be shared with potential advertising customers in the context of project initiation in order to
place advertising orders with me. This also includes the creation and dissemination of anonymous
statistics on the audience composition and reach of my social media profiles on the basis of
publicly available or requested data.
I am aware that data will be processed in accordance with the
Privacy Policy of INTERMATE Media GmbH. I
know that I can only give this consent if I am at least 16 years old. Furthermore, I know that my
consent is voluntary and I can withdraw it for the future at any time by simple declaration (by
e-mail to info@intermate.de or by post to INTERMATE Media GmbH, Sickingenstrasse 70, 10553 Berlin).
